Do these go into the ABPH like a Krayt tissue does? or do they completely replace the APBH all together?

when you use these in making a gun does it raise the total dmage cap of the gun or just allow you to max out the cap of the gun easier?

The only difference between cells and krayt tissue is that cells have an sac reducion. As far as maxing damage and such, resources and being a 12pt helps a lot.

A WS cannot hit the damage cap on any CL54 weapon without using enhancements.
For example a ALR caps at 1184 damage, without enhancements most WS are going to be hitting about 970-990 max damage. If they used enhancements like power cells they would be adding that damage onto whatever their standard ALRs come out at.
