Anyone know if a T21 Rifle gives more movement hindrance than an Advanced Laser Rifle? Or are they the same?

I guess the Rifleman forums would be a better place to ask...

But I think all weapons give the same hinderance now.

we do have a line that may have an affect on this... no one has tried it since there are more important lines to work on.
