is it just me or u cant hit it?

its possible I jsut did it with 1000 SR iron in a metal staff Ill post a ss in a moment

hehe its strange tough i had over 99% on all resources without the buff for the APPB and becam 99% with the buff...

Is there any difference in the damage if you were to use 981sr iron (981 * 1.02 = 1000.62) vs 1000sr (1000 * 1.02 = 1020)? My guess is that you get capped at 100% experimentation, but just wanted to make sure. Looking at the final damage between these two scenarios would confirm it.

yea i think u cap at 100%, btw used up a 30k on that one so now got both over 99% and still cant hit 100 on exp suppose the sheets i counted the exp caps on the resources r a bit buggy...

do i missunderstood something about how this 2% is added on the quailty? cause made reinf cores with 833UT(838 is cap -> =99.4%) and still cant hit 100%.

Something seems broken, 99% pre-patch APFMs are still 99%...

I made some repair kits with 999/999 con/oq Copper and was only able to get 99.985% Repair with 100% Experimentation I think. Now Crafting tools wer wierd, I used the same copper, 999/999 and crafted them to 15.00 Rating with 99% Experimentation. This was with an Artisan buff btw. I was able to get 100% on my stocks and they SAC capped at -25.
