I have very good scopes, barrels, stocks and powerhandlers so components ain't a problem.

About your question. Yes it is possible, but you need some quite good powercells or krayt tissues. On my server I would need some enhancers with max dam 185 or so, but ask your local WS as server resources is different

Also you should be able to get the sac down to 82 if you have the cellsor tissues to damage cap

I do have very good power cells. They have 182 damage and all the other components have SAC and speedreduction. I was going for a T21 until I found out they can't use scopes. Any way thanks for the help!
