An Acklay Power Hammer will beat a 2h Cleaver any day of the week. Cleavers are nice looking and hang on alot of walls, but are not truly useful as they have less max damage than even a 2h curved sword. Acklay Power Hammers are slow, but if you are speed capped are the ultimate weapon for swordsman. And then there is the Scythe which may or may not be hard to find on your server, but its better than the 2h curved and cleaver and is the best kinetic weapon a swordsman can use, and is usually pretty fast too.
