Weaponsmith Archive

I'm working my way to master Weaponsmith now and I can't help but thinking about this. Armorsmiths just got a exclusite new quest schematic for a very high quality armor (RIS)... Could we be next? Perhaps in a month or so we'll see a mystery schematic for a completely new kind of weapon. Just a thought. Opinions?

If they put in weaponsmith quest items they're going to have to add one for every weapon type, or the combat classes will whine (they'll probably whine anyway that X quest weapon is better than Y)

well yes and no. It's really not all that different from the wookies that are already complaining that there is yet another armor type that they can't wear or be a part of. So i assume that they won't have to post a new weapon for every type at once. Maybe a new pistol here, new rifle a little while later, then maybe a melee or two, who knows. Maybe it'll be a component that makes several existing weapons better. Who knows, just kinda fun to wonder sometimes.

I would rather see a few more different schematics for us weaponsmiths.

I'd rather see them fix the broken schematics first. There is no excuse for why this stuff has gone unacknowledged and unfixed since beta.

Maybe there will be a quest for a really, really, nice survival knife.
