Ok get a ton of steel and grind projectile pistol barrels until you get Firearms 1, form there grind Projectile Rifle barrels till master as for prices best to just see what other weaponsmiths in your area sell for. Many servers have different pricing schemes. As an unknown weaponsmith you will probably have to cut prices of your competitors a good bit to get people to come to your shop.

Ok heres a way to do things in a weeks time. get munitions 2 so you can grind heavy war heads that give 700XP but will take for resorces. you need radio actives, steel, reactive gas, and chemicals. check with a WS ingame to find out what the exact amount is and calc the amount you need to master WS youll get it done real fast.

okt hanx a lot, i have another question lol, as im going up weaponsmith what should the order of the skill trees should i go up in first. Like which ones will benefit me the most, should i grind up the experimentation skill tree first so then i can make decent weapons while going up to master or should i just grind from left to right and not worry about making quality weapons until i get master?

You can try going up experimentation first if you plan to take a while going to master and want to sell some stuff in the meantime. However, at sub-master level, you will never be able to compete with the masters. If you're planning on grinding it in a couple days, just go for it. Otherwise, do experimentation, then make a few of each new weapon as you get them, to get a feel for weapons crafting, and how the guns stack up against each other.

Another thing, start gathering the rares asap. Not having these when you hit master will be aggravating beyond all belief.

If you want to make money while grinding, get firearms 1 then experimentation 4 and sell things on bazaar. If money's not an issue, get skills that give good grinding items (2h curved sword is nice, only uses steel and polymer) and do the rest in whatever order you like.

A good novice weaponsmith item to manufacture is C12 grenades - they're the single most efficient way in the game to get combat XP. I tend to sell out of them pretty quickly (charging 10k per crate of 25).

Not trying to debate the merits of grinding to master without knowing anything about any of the weapons you'll eventually be able to make (not to mention not having the resources to make high quality weapons when you finally hit master), but you canactuallygrind to master in a little over 5 hours (not counting training time). With training time, starting from novice artisan, perhaps 10-15 hours total. I won't go into further detail here since I already posted a rather long thread about it (including the obligatory "that's not possible!" responses, the proof, and the "oh yeah, you're right"). Several other folks have done so also.

Anyway... if you have access to almost half a million units of steel (or your guild is actually willing to support you), use a macro. If you want to find it here, do a search for "uber" + "grinding" + "macro." That was the title of someone else's post - mine was a response to someone else's, so I don't recall the title to that one.

Good luck!

Coincidentally, while architect has the highest XP requirements of all the crafting classes, it's also the easiest to grind in - 70 minutes of grinding via macro.
