yes, you put krayt tissue there, I don't know about any other enhancement for power handlers, but i am a pretyt new master myself.

Handler accept Tissues or some robotic enchantment. Which was quite poor compared to krayt but now since we have elite and legendary items maybe just made there will be some that are just as high as Krayt.
Other items that can have enchantment items are
Proj. feed mechs ( bonus item called high speed proj feed loader (i think))
Vibro motors ( forgot name but there is 2 version of it, one should raise speed other do damage)
Some swords can use items like rancor tooth instead of sword cores (dont bother whit rancor parts unless it is legendary. coz right now it looks that one well made advanced sword core are much better)
Ohh and last thing are Encantments for greandes (Kliknik Glads or something) which are worth least of all because whit 1 glad you get 1 greande (5 uses) So as best you might get 11 glands whit same serrial that you can use to produce crate of 10 greandes and 10 greandes are not that much for any real commando.
Now if Glads came in stacks of att least 26 to 101 then it would be something to think about.
