yes, you can. VK's need a vibro blade unit in their schematic. (or the adv. version of one)
However, a novice weaponsmith can make them better. Unless you're talking about the High frequency somethingorother that sits in the enhancement slot.
What are the stats and what is the exact name?

so the vibro motor that hes talking about goes in no matter what, and the high powered virbo motor that I looted would go in to it in addition? Im asking because I have both a vibro blade motor and a high powerd one and was wondernig the stats on the blades to compar eit to mine

Vibro Blade Unit = Subcomponent that goes into VK VB LVA Lance etc.
High Speed Vibro Motor = *Optional* enhancement that goes into a Vibro Blade Unit
You seem to have several type of enhancements.. but as a rule of thumb. If it's not called a "Vibro Blade Unit" it's an optional enhancement.
