So what is the ball park price for a crate of weapon upgrade kits?

Well, I can get 5500-6500 per crate for mine. Ditto for AUKs.

whatever the market will bear on your server I expect - but highest price would prolly be in the range of 4-500 cr per - there are only 45 resource units in those puppy's after all and 500 is already 10 cpu.
