Because he had the container opened and it said "a Scythe Schematic"

Mission despawned. We're going to try again. FYI, the treasure chest popped up, but no thugs, instead, a Canyon Krayt. Coincidence?

Looks great and damage/speed is nice, but what about those range modifiers? -31 at ideal range?
