Hello,

Ok, I messed up my waypoints and the heaps of post-its reminding me where the heck I've put up all my harvesters, and somewhere along the line I forgot one... I have 1 lot missing that I can't for the life of me remember where/what I'm harvesting. :-)

So - is there any way of finding a lost harvester?

Will I get an email when the maintenace runs out, and it starts to burn? And will that email include a Waypoint?

Aye, youll get an email once it starts to decay, with the co-ords to it. Sadly this is the only way to find a misplaced harvester, and quite honestly it sucks.

If you know the day you placed the harvester, you might can get CSR help. I guess it would depend on how helpful the one you got was feeling, but I did the same thing. The CSR that talked to me said wps were easy to track down as long as they knew the day.

Heh. Plus if you do what I do and put 40K at a time in your harvs it can be an awfully long wait. Luckily for me I have a tendency to find out-of-the-way sights to place my harvs and I generally have at least two on a resource.

Now if I lose both WPs, I'm in trouble.

Thanks for all the help. Well, since I tend to place 10 harvester with two different characters, and email Waypoints between them, and keep notes on post-its, and have a tendency to want to switch resource every other day... I have no idea when I dropped the missing harvester or what the heck it was that caught my fancy for harvesting.

"Lucky" for me, I never seem to have enough cash to last a harvester more than 5 days or so... so hopefully I will log on soon and see a whisp of smoke at the horizon and a New Email blinking in my toolbar...

heh, lost harvestors are funny

I forgot a chemical harvestor I placed by itself in the middle of nowhere

I got the decay email, /waypoint xxxx -xxxx was trying to figure out where the heck I was going

Finally get there, and it was like a treasure chest!!! 50k polymer inside, and lol, guess what?! I needed some polymer, hehehe, I find it funny.

should be an easier way to find them tho......

When you set a harvester, it automatically creates a waypoint in your datapad. Start the character with the missing harvester, turn on all waypoints to all harvester, then visit them. Eventually, you will find the one that you don't have by a process of elimination.

There's a chance that you ran into the bug I hit a few weeks ago. I was using all 10 lots and I needed to move a harvester. So I went and pulled one up but I didn't get the lot back, even though the harvester was pulled!

Most annoying. I submitted a customer service ticket and a few days later a nice lady pops up and determines that somehow I only had 9 on my account. She added one more and it was as simple as that.
