does anyone know what skills you need to use a scatter pistol, cause it says i am not qualified.... thanks in advance.

Other than Krayt, what kind of Scatter can I get for HIGH damage ( prior to power ups or Slicing ) ? What parts go into such a masterpeice?

There are a few power handler replacements and enhancements that can be looted off npcs. Just ask your weaponsmith if they have some or will add them into your gun. This usually will raise the price. There is also a looted barrel that goes in nicely.
