I ask because i looted a wound 101.4% vibro lance off a NS last night. Anyone know?

I am not entirely sure, nor do I think anybody really is. The significance of the wound chance % is being debated still... no final answer has been granted.

What seems to be the popular theory is, that it is how much a chance you have to inflict actual wounds on your opponent. With that lance, you should have a 100% chance of inflicting wounds with every hit. While this is not as useful in PvE, it could mean a minor advantage in PvP I guess..
