An update.
That particular sword is an NPC's. As it is, that particular sword was like winning a cursed lottery.There is a chance that when its equipped, the server may snatch it back.
BUT, I talked to the dev who put together the nightsister cave and we're going to get that sword in as a loot drop in January and as a limited draft schematic.
