Got a tissue with -0.732 speed thatI overpayed for along with some loot enhancedments, balanced feed mechs, and velocity feed mechs . I used the tissue in a scatter ona normal handler seeing as how i can make them a -0.46 as compared to -0.36 on my adv and using an adv projec pistol barrel, -1.06 speed. I forget th exact specs on the handler but the pistol came out as 1.5 speed 105-176 damage . I guess thats good since a good scatter using all adv parts is about 140-150 damage with great resoures. also made 4 fwg5's , 2 at 1.9 speed 172 damage and 2 at 2.1 speed 195 damage with the looted parts . Made a launcher at 2.0 speed 195 damage . and also have an enhanced scatter at 2.2 speed 166 damage. do these seem ok , these are my first set of enhanced weapons and my first krayt , I know scatters are kinda nerded and the speed on it is great but at a lower damage than the old school ones.

imo you should always use adv power handlers, especially on pistols and using high speed tissues:

assuming your ABPH are 34 max with this speed, and your basic are 19 that's +7 min, +15 max dmg for a loss of 0.1 speed, your scatter would been around 112-191, 1.6 which certainly looks much better to any BH who have any decent speed mods, just my opinion

Even that way it's still only slightly better than a prenerf base scatter though

basic power handlers are better for some slow weaponswith high base dmg like rifles, LLC, FT's otherwise adv ones are always better since most ppl using them have speed mods making speed improvement useless especially with pistols

I had exhausted my needed copper on a factory run of adv handlers earlier in the day . Want to use it with my bounty hunter anyhow, get it sliced and hope for a damage slice , then it should be quite mean.

do like me, always keep a small stack of best resources for enhanced (krayt or others) weapons, though I'm fine currently it helped me a lot when I was short of irolunn gas and phrik alum
