I've been told that adding another "nextcraftingstage" line helps but I never got that to work.

I just hit the option page, turn off the verify crafting, then make a macro to open a tool and select the right schematic. Then load the mats and hit enter from there. You do have to click on the experiment or create a prototype button, but I can normally run through 8 tools in around 90 seconds.

Which is fine as I'm currently grinding heavy warheads and they take 80 seconds to craft.
