Thread: I need some advice for a weaponsmith friend, for making a carbine.
Yes, I must admit this is hard to believe, but I know a Master Weaponsmith that has no clue how to make weapons more accurate.
(He only knows how to make speed and damage weapons.)
So, what i am looking for is a carbine (probbaly cdef) that has THE most accuracy you can pump into it with the lowest HAM possible.
Can you tell me hwo to do it so I can relay to him? How should he experiement? What attachments (like a scope) are useful for increasing accuracy?
Thanks.
Normal scope experimented for HAM will add 1/1/1 and +10 ideal range accuracy, advanced scope experimented for HAM will add anything from 5-10 HAM and +15ish accuracy, depending on material quality. Advanced rifle barrel will add another +10 or so but slow it down by 0.2. CDEFs cannot use scopes, and accuracy experimentation is pretty much useless. I think the normal DH17 has the highest base accuracy of all carbines.
