Are these looted items any good or just junk?

Projectile Rifle Barrel
Blade Vibro Unit
Projectile Feed Mechanism
Blaster Rifle Barrel

If a weaponsmith does need them what's the avg asking price?

They're useless unless they're exceptional/legendary, indicated in the name and by a different color text.
