Last time I checked I had 20-30 misc items offered to my vendors. Mostly loot weapons and stuff made by other weaponsmiths.

At the beginning I usually informed the people offering stuff to my vendors that I will not buy it but since all I got from that was "omg whynot?! you are weaponsmith!1" I just dont bother informing people anymore.

Is it just me or do people in every server think that since your a weaponsmith they can just dump the old and used stuff in your vendors?

every vendor i've ever had as architect, weaponsmith, doctor, ppl did the same thing. offering 1 hide for 10000 credits, cdef's, more junk. just refuse the item and let them worry about collecting it, it clogs up their 25 auction thing anyway so they either pick it up or it disappears after awhile.

lol, oh man I thought I was the only one who had this problem. Seems like almost everytime somebody buys a weapon (usually a n00b one) they offer two of their superseded weapons to my vendor for more than I actually sell mine for!!! I just let them sit there for the 30 days.

On one occasion I had someone offer me a brand new weapon from a competitor after they bought the same weapon from me (few points better dmg) but they offered it for more than I sell mine! W.T.F? I also get the people just coming in and randomly offering weapons made by others with like 100/900 con or something: possibly they expect me to buy it, repair it and resell it. Yeah right...

Dev' Eloper uses Combat Balance Reschedule on you for 6-8 months worth of damage points!
You shoot your mouth off on the forums but miss! You post constructively but it is deleted!
Ubercred It'Duper tips you Cr 27,000,000,000,000,000,000 but you evade it!
Dev' Eloper uses Publish 10 Vendor Fix on you for 55 item limit damage! Your vendors and 12 months of work have become incapacitated!
You use Cancel Account Button on Dev' Eloper for $15 p/m of damage!
Dev' Eloper tries to use JTL Expansion pack on you for $50 worth of damage on you but misses!
You use windows sys32 fdsk utility on StarWars Galaxies program files for 2.4Gb of damage! StarWars Galaxies: An Empire Developed is no more!!

Yeah I've lost count of the number of Cdefs I've been offered for 5k+ but I did get lucky when someone offered a force crystal for 50 credits (and no I didn't miss the k off that)

lucky bugger I have only had crap so far but unless it stops me from going about my business (ie spotting legit offers) I just leave em there for the 30 days as it will clog up there auction spaces and they probably wont remember where the stuff was offered. Occaisionally I will do a clean house and reject them all but that is annoying and time consuming! The only time I buy something back is if I know the person and its my weapon undamaged at teh same price I sold it for (ie the bought the wrong oen by mistake).

This happened to me the other day - I was offered a pistol that was 10-20 points lower damage than the one the customer bought shortly afterwards, but at the same price. Since I was actually in a back room at the time, I asked him why he did it. His response "Ran out of space in my inventory. Figured you wouldn't buy it, so I'll collect it later." Not as dumb a reason as I'd thought.

i am a noob weaponsmith but have been a master architect you wouldnt believe the crap i got .Thin k the funniest i had was someone offer me personal mineral harvestor BER like2 for more then half the price they bought their BER 13 heavy from me i was so pissed then i laughed and let it rot on my vendor. About 10 days in guy asked why i didnt buy it off vendor i laughed at him then put him on ignore couple days later he retracted item

lol, heh I'm not a weaponsmith but this happens to me too! people offer me clothing made by other tailors all the time, and it's like, why on earth would I want to buy some slightly damage oddly labelled clothing made by another tailor?

Although once someone offered a holocron up for 50 credits. think that's the only thing I've ever bought from all the offers .
