Hi.
I am a smuggler/pistoleer on Eclipse looking for some kick ass pistols. Even just one DX2 would do really.
The DX2 i carry now has (about) 60-202 damage and 2.1 speed. That is after being sliced.
I thought that was pretty good until i read some of the posts in this forum. Where are you guys getting your pistols from?! Please enlighten me as to who to buy tem from to get damage stats like the ones you guys are quoting (high 500's).
ALSO. I am having real problems with PvP. I just got dirty fighting 4 yesterday and feel let down by last Ditch. It doesn't seem to hit for as much as i had heard it did. I am onlya novice pistoleer right now so i have a way to go yet. But at which point is PvP a realistic goal for a pistoleer? I can't seem to get anywhere. I have a full set of composit with 73% base resists. I use muon gold to boost my mind and always have a supply of decent stimpacks on me.
What am i doing wrong?!?!

Hi. I am a smuggler/pistoleer on Eclipse looking for kick-ass pistols.
Obviously i want high damage, slow speed, low HAM cost if poss. At one point i had a krayt FWG5 with 70-255 damage and 0.6 speed. I have also seen posts of people with DX2 pistols with up to 500 max damage!!
If anyone on Eclipse can make these kind of high-end wepaons please send me a tell in game or post a reply here and i will get back to you.
I woudl need to know:
Type of pistol (pref. a FWG5 or DX2)
Damage range
Speed
Ham costs
Price.

Thansk or the advice. I am done with dirty tricks and am workign on the pistoleer trees now. i am currently 0,0,1,2 and have alreadt noticed an increase in the damage i am doing as well as my accuracy.
I am also on the lookout for a Krayt DX2. If anyoen knows where i can get one and for how much.......

well, you arent doing anything wrong. there are jsut certain skills that are better than others. I am working on the smuggler/bh pistols/pistoleer combo right now and I seem to be doing pretty good in PvP. I use bleed shot 2 alot, and despite what a lot of people say, it seems to work pretty damn good to me. One thing i would recomend is make sure your attack modifiers are good. get some powerups and get the pistol acuracy while moving thing. that helps me soooooo much.

Definitly start going up the 3rd Pistoleer tree (Techniques).Stoppingshot and Fanshot are a must and you get defenses.
CurrenetlyI'm 0-2-4-2 Pistoleer and I'mstarting to seesome great results, especially in PvP.
