Are the advanced components interchangeable with the normal ones?? Like a blaster power handler and the advance blaster power handler or a stock and the advance stock.

Yes, there are, check the WS skill tree for the upcomming stuff you can make. I believe they are weapons 2 or 3, not sure its been so long since i've looked.
