What are average stats for a blaster power handler?
What are avergae stats for an adavanced power handler?
Does it make a large difference between the two? I'm asking because I can get no Ostrine Carbonate Ore to make advanced versions and this is really delaying me.

Now that I think of it, I have the same questrion for blaster rifle barrels.
I really want to start prodcution, but it's hard since I am new to WS and want to compete with the big dogs on my server.

You might get a 10/20 regular compared to a 20/40 advanced. Huge difference. Always go advanced. Always.

I totally disagree, go with regular on all high damage weapons, T21s, Rocket Launchers, LLCs and those sort of things.TheBPH has a better speed modifier than a ABPH.
Which is the better T21
300-700 damage 6.0 speed, or
310-720 damage 6.5 speed.

on my abph the speed is a bit lower than the regulars but the dmg is wayy higher and becasue of special recources for the abph i cant get my speed better kind of a bummer but you take what you can get i suppose...

Also with the big damage based weapons like the Rocket Launcher that extra 20 points from an ABPHmight not be a big factor compared to the better speed offered by a BPH. For my lower end weapons like the DL44 or the DH17 carbs I use the regular BPH for the dps, the higher ends I use the ABPH. But it is true, when it comes to someone who mastered their elite combat profession speed doesn't factor in as much with everyone having a 1 sec cap.

always use regular weapon scopes tho. Unless you have some really nice specific gemstone. as long as you use the regular scopes you'll be getting a +10 to ideal range with no boost to your specials costs.

I'd take the 720 max T21 - because even with a 9-second pre-patch i fire one shot per second at Master.
