Supposedly this a new loot/reward schematic/item... Anyone know anything?

A tailor friend of mine asked me for a crate of medium warheads, I think they were to make one of these.
He told me it gave a skill bonus to grenade experimentation and assembly.

I have been brought two of these "learn schematis" scrolls now. Both were the same. When double clicked in inventory an "Enhanced E11" appeared in the weapon-carbine selection menu of my weapon kit. A text message across your screen tells you that this was done and that it is TEMPORARY ... no word on how long. I expect either a total on the number of weapons from it or possible time limit, one or the other. The E11 crafted from it came out about 165 max dmg at 3.9 good for an E11 but if your a carbineer there are better weapons to choose from in the first place which makes thisschematic of questionable value in the game. It is reported to have come from a trip to see the Emperior in Theed (Naboo). No word on which NPC they came from.

Ummm...Nexit (or Naxit, or whatever), you can run schematics from them and make hundreds AND they have a nice health bleed on them.
Useless? Have you ever fired a gun? Carbineers should love these.

as a former master carbineer I can tell you that a health bleed is the last thing a carbineer wants. The laser carbine and the DXR6 (for acid vuln creatures) are just about all you need.

I don't agree. Only legshot does action damage and most are random pool. I usually hit health more often than action.
But I prefer using my godly Laser Carbine, 444 max dam 2.6 speed :-).
