I am sure there have been posts about this already but I was unable to find 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest grinding metal staffs to munitions 1 then med warheads all the way, or if you have any Skevon gas on your server go for munitions 2 and grind heavy warheads, this can all be found in the Slackers Guide to Grinding WS in 1779 weapons.
