You get 3 uses. You basically have to cross your fingers and make a schematic from the first try.

You can make 3000 guns per schematic if you so choose. It is 3 schematic uses for each. I just made 25 of the modified republic last night off one schematic. It has a bleed effect that is 105 strength, 100s duration and 9000 uses. Not bad but most people who use one of these already has the bleed skill and if this doesn't stack with the others it really doesn't help a whole lot.

Actually, the bleed is nice because you don't have to waste a shot doing a bleed attack (though most elite combat professions will probably have a bleed attack that's better than the Modified Rep Blaster's).

Also, many people don't get bleed shots, so it's also helpful for them.

Worth noting that the Imperial E11 schematic is vile in the hands of a good carbineer even with the recent DOT hit. I "liberated" a few imperial schematics from imperials who valued credits more than giving rebels these schematics and a few of my customers are already raving that the health bleed bleeding at the same time as action when they use action bleeds from carbineer is getting gross for their opponents. If it sticks the built in DOT basically allows them to bleed both pools simultaneously it seems.

Not sure for certain yet have yet to honestly see it in action, but if this is the case it could make them a lot more popular. But hey at least yesterday I had no tells about Krayt tissues. I did however see yellow about the new schematics.
