No one has found all the rare drops to make these. There are a lot of new tailor schematics that require some identical rare components. These have dropped on thug type critters but only as singles.

A few people in tailor forum said they got several identical components from various NPCs ranging from evil hermits on Tatooine to Tusken warlords and nightsisters.

It's probably like the droidsmith toolkit, which is a bandolier that has a crafting tool built in. Useless since it's not wearable with backpacks.

btw i have the schematic too. i beleive i got it at the rebel's thempark, not quite sure cause i did Jabba's on the same day.

toobad +5 repair does nothing.
THe other two are very nice. I'm only +6 from maxing out, can't wait to get my paws on one of these.
