Does anyone have input on this? Should I have my weapons sliced and sell the best one at a time? Or should I crank out crates of weapons so that players can buy and slice their own?
One advantage to pre-slicing them is that I can then cherry-pick the bunch and sell the cream of the crop for top dollar. The drawback, however, is paying a smuggler his slicing fee (albeit at a bulk rate).
An advantage to selling crates of unsliced weapons is that the customer pays for all of the weapons, even if they don't get great slices. The drawback, however, is that he will have a good stash (5-7 per crate) of weapons with good slices (and hence not need to buy anymore for quite some time) and will likely put the others on the bazaar and flood the market with mediocre weapons (thus depressing sales).
Doe anyone have experience marketing weapons like this? Is one way better than the other?

Most weaponsmiths that I've visited have both a sliced and unsliced vendor, as do I. I'm a Master Smuggler too, so I slice my own weapons. I only sell the best slices, and destroy anything with a result under 25-30%, depending on whether it's a damage or speed slice. Naturally, I charge a premium for sliced weapons, up to x4 base price for a 34% damage slice and x5 base for a 35% damage slice (which is actually low compared to some sliced weapon sellers).
