I by no means have done a true sampling, but I did 3 repairs yesterday and they all came out minor blemishes. All the weapons were at about 30% remaining. The last timeI had 3 minor blemishes in a row was before the repair bug/nerf. Anyone else see a change in repairs or am I just lucky/crazy?

shhh if it is a bug don't spread it around. I wouldn't know though I used a 67% armor repair tool I whiped up real quick and I repaired it with only marginal success. O well you use what ya got in the field of battle
