Thread: Thunderheart Announces Harvestor Bug Fix

We haveexperienced a live issue where the resources inside player harvesters have been transforming into new resources when the resource spawn changes to a new resource type. We have a fix ready forthis morning. However, any resources that have changed due to this issue have been permanently changed and any resource lost in themanner is not recoverable.
We do understand what this means to many of you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

the Devs should all be fired. while i understand WHY they cannot help out on this, it should have never happened.

uhh huh and lets see you try to organize something bud. I mean I kind of understand maybe 5% of how hard it would be to reverse change those resource back the way they were.

thing that annoys me about bugs and other problems like this , is that theres no compensation for time ig money and effort spent, u always get "yeah its happend but tough luck" answer . bet soe dont take the same aproach themselves if they ever lost out on anything :/

yeah, i mean there is really no way for them to fix it. if they made a statement saying they would change it back, imagaine the number of flase claims they would get, or the man hours that would be spent trying to track which harvesters were truly gathering what the owners claim. don't get me started about the corss server trades. just having your name on Admin isn't going to get you anything either. they are going to want to talk to the owner, and he/she will have no clue as to what you were harvesting. it really is a TS situation, but that doesn't change the fact that they should have never allowed it to happen. if it slipped through the testing cracks, then they need to go back and re-learn how to test.
