Hi guys, Im curious, does damage % on a weapon do anything ? For instance the new loot weapons have wound % at 2 or 3% where as crafted weapons its much higher, but I cant seem to figure out if there is an advantage to having a high wound %. I was under the impression that more wound, better weapon, but since CU no clue. Can anyone shed some light on this for me. Thanks for any replies and sorry if this is a dumb question.

Almost all wepaons cap on wound % on assembly, so I don't think it matters just ignore it.

Wound % determines the shock damage you do(Shock damage = wounds or black bar). In PvE it is useless. In PvP it useless now as well. Before Battle Fatigue was removed you could slow down a players combateffectiveness by increasing they're Battle Fatigue. It would also effect healing once you hit 500. With Battle Fatigue removed Wound % really doesnt mean much anymore.
