I just finished Leia's missions for the Rebel Theme Park last night. All I got was a Rebel Signet Ring. No draft schematics. I even had my Master Weaponsmith title up. So what gives? Is there any other known location for it? Or are the Rebel Theme Park rewards random?

That'd be because the schematic is not Leia's reward. The schematic comes from Mon Mothma's quests.
