what were stats on tissue, -1.3 speed?

-.94 with FF stock. So it equals -1.44 basically. I got 2 of them, one with a better condition.

I made 2 similar to this one on Chimaera. Got speed slice on both.

2,0 speed.

roughly the same dmg as yours.

Im on tempest and one of my friends had +54 -1.374 tissues and made two flamers. She used form fitted stocks on both and they came out at:

1000 Condition

2.9 Speed

489-929 Damage

Ideal Range +89 @ 16m

HAM: 72 18 18

Then he went out and got a 29 and 31% damage slice on them. So do the math....

Yup my 29% speed slice one turned out 2.5 910

FF stocks = flamer droolage
