will white gen power cubes work to make rifle and is it true I need 2 with matching serial numbers?

The rifle needs two identical power cubes, any color. White is the worst type and should only be used if you can't get any others. Red is second worst (-4 HAM is pretty useless compared to the others). Green (+250 durability) and yellow (+10 min/max damage) are the best types to use.

And the Disruptor Rifle fires Acid rounds, not Stun.
Only the Genosian Sonic Blaster pistols that do stun damage.
