Thread: Pre CU Stocks-- What should I do?

Hey,

I have a few crates of pre-CU stocks that are: min 33

max 33

spd: -2.0

SAC: ? (can't remember, but it's negative)


Since I discovered recently that new stocks don't add damage, what should I do with these? How valuable are they?


If a customer wants one, how much should I charge?


Any help or advice would be great.


Also, I've noticed that all my pre-cu components are better that anything I could experiment to with 15 exp points... ARGH!!!

If they are on a vendor, dont worry they wont have a damage stat when you pull them off the vendor.

They're not, they're in my inventory, and I pulled a crate from a factory that still had damage stats.

They removed the +40/+40 damage out of all preCURB stocks some days ago. SAC cost is -20 tho, so they are very interesting because they have no penalty. Me personally reserved them for custom orders as an optional add-on. That's how I experiment 95% of my custom kraytorders (I always ask before if the customer wants a "show-my-1337-DPS-gun" ).


I experiment the handler 8 points to speed, 4 points toSAC reduction. Then use a -6 SACpreCURB rifle barrel (which have a small extra damage punch than post CURB ones). I add a -20 SAC stock and a +16 preCURB adv. scope. Then I experiment in maximum damage and the rest of the points lowering the SAC and the result is a very reliable and comfortable weapon. My customers love that kind of experimentation and when I crafta weapon to a guy... he always comes back next time.

Same, cept I use 8/9 into Speed to max it out then 3/4 to SAC to get 0 SAC subs.

i make ABPHs and barrels with -8SAC and put 4 points into SAC on the final combine with my pistols to get it down to 75 or lower (amazings). i have a few maxed out pistols with 72SAC. here's one...

Niiice, so far been making Scatyters ariybd 1.8 speed, though 100ish SAC for the general peasant class. Gonna experiment a bit more for my alt's guns.
