Thread: More than 12 points?

I thought I read that they were removing the caps on SEA's and making it diminishing returns. Has anyone tried +30 (or +40 or +50) weapon exp to see if we can get above +12?

I haven't tried but I thought the cap removal was just for combat related skills

someone on our server is a 14pt Artisan so he says so i'm willing to spend the extra cash to see if it's true

I've got a +11 exp CA sitting in my droid just waiting for the day I hear they remove the cap. if anything I"ll sell it if I ever get tired of waiting

Myself and Hired tested it, had over +35 in WS exper ca's equipped,but only got 12 points to experiment with. This was around 2 weeks agoI think

Maximun 12 useable experimentation points. I tested this using 140 experimentation points mixing 2 suits I have.


No better results using those 140 exp. points tho...

K this pretty much answers it. If it were diminishing returns, I would expect 40 points to yield an extra point. Kinda glad actually, don't really feel like paying 20+ mil for another 20 points of experimentation

Try being a wookie than and only than can you worry about gettin those extra points. But I know I aint worried

Humans have always been able to get 14 Artisan Exp points.

For WS you can't get more than 12pts. I've tried it with various bits of clothing.

I'll mention it here, there seems to be a difference in amazings (I have FS Experimentation IV) between +20, +25 and +33 exp. I craft quite a bit and after the CU I added a couple small tapes to bump myself rom 20 to +25, and I think after I put another tape in (which was +9 Exp/+12 Weapon Repair) I seem to feel I am getting even more amazings. I dont have hard numbers, just a feeling.
