Looted only.... the riflemans forum has may of the rifle quest listed... hope that helps

nuh uh....it's a quest reward from the Outcasts in Kohwir forest

kill the arena champion and talk to the outcast just near the entrance to that keritamba village, LD-1 is the reward for finishing their quests. Best part is is that there is no prof cert, so i can carry it around. I love this rifle (non-rifleman as ye may have guessed)

And my /respec expired. Was grinding up some useless Merchant skills & respec'ing them into rifleman...

/sigh guess I'll have to do it the hard way...

I tried to get into the arena but couldn't. Anyone have a walkthrough for this thing? I really want to get it for show, lol.
