It certainly does. Dumb down SWG so it's more console-gamer friendly. They may lose a lot of veteran players, but they probably figure they will more than make up for it through the massive PS2 customer base.

Its most likely speculation and rumor, as it has been in the past. Even if they do release a console version...the likilhood of console and PC players being on the same server would have less odds than a wookiee commando coming to your house and ripping your arms out of your arm sockets.

Besides, its unlikely considering the sheer amount of memory that would be needed to store patches and whatnot...so it would be very different from the game we play now. Ironically, it would most likely be "completed"....which in itself would be a slap to the current subscriber population

how can it be hearsay if they're advertising the bloody thing?? there are basic legal requirements to be met -- they are obviously ARE going to do this
