I never went in for coloring the weapon name, and so I have no xperience doing it. But I got a large order for weapons and the buyer wants specific names and wants the names colored red. So far, so good.

Went to forums search and found a couple of threads that explain it. If I understoodthem correctly the way to do it is in the protypepanel name them with the preface \#xxxxxx\ where xxxxxxis the hex code for the color (like FF0000for red). So far, still so good.

Thought I'd try it out before making the schematc for the buyer's weapons. So, I made a CDEF pistol and tried to color the name red. The name cameout all white

4 white-named \#FF0000\CDEF pistols later I figured it was time to call for reinforcements. So, here I am. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

cant do it anymore this feature was patched/nerfed whatever you awnt to call it so no-one can colour item names anymore!
