Previously this weapon's certification was non-existent, and so nobody paid much attention to it. The last publish made this gun not require any certification whatsoever, so even people with no marksman skills can use it. It's the best overall pistol available, and it's available to everyone. Damage exceeds 200 with good resources, and it has light armor piercing. Go buy one.

I'm assuming this is what you mean by "the deal"?

Yep, u answered all of my questions but one. Do they plan to put the cert for RB's in the marksman tree anywhere anytime soon? Or is this just going to be an, "anyone can use it" weapon from here on out?

I'm a Master WS trying to make a few of these...that's why I'm curious.

I think only a dev would know that 1. Educated guess will be that they will fix certification.

They'll probably fix it eventually, but seeing how they took this long (and two failed fixes) to get this far, it'll probably be at least two months before it's actually fixed.

I haven't heard official word from the devs, but popular opinion says this should really go inone of the higher levels based on its power. The two things i've heard are that this gun should go either in master marksman (which gets my vote) or in novice pistoleer. So I'd imagine that eventually there will be a certification, but it's not in the next publish so you should have it at least until after christmas.

Hopefully it gets pushed to Pistol IV on the marksman tree or Nov pistoleer; anything other than master marksman >_<, otherwise there's gonna be a whole lot of unsold RBs knocking around when they do fix it...

You creatures have it all wrong. This will get fixed in very short order. Why?
Because it's something that makes stuff easier for the players and crafters.

With no Enhancements my RB's hit for 192 damage and have good speed. I can't keep them in stock, it's a mad house---a mad house.
