I read that this gives good exp so I gathered the resources and trained advanced munitions. The skill tree lists heavy was mech as being avaliable now but it doesnt come up. I am using a weapon crafting tool and have tried standing by a public one. What do I need to do?

You need a private station or crafting droid.
