I'm a Master Weaponsmiths, this question is directly associated with Power-Ups, but i'm curious as other things as well.

the question is i just experimented a +33% max damage muzzle .. and no matter what combo of resources i used that i had, i couldnt get a secondary to show up on the muzzle .. i.e. +33% max, +16% min.

i could only get a single powerup

can someone tell me why this is? what do i need to do on power ups and other stuff similiar to this question?
