i found out i need 3 for de- 10 if i use more does it get more powerfull and how many do i need like can i use 4 or does it have be in sets3 or 2?

I assume you are talking about krayt tissue? If so, no, you cannot add more to make it more powerful, although that would be cool. The tissue is an enhancement to the advanced blaster power handler and if you need 3 tissues, that's one to make a schematic of 2 identical blaster power handlers to go into the weapon and 2 abph's is all it'll accept, no more, no less.
