Ok, so I have some Krayt tissue to put in some guns, but I am unsure how it works. Say a gun takes 3 power handlers, does it just get the +30 -.3spd? or is it +30 -.3spd Each? I.E. +90 -.9 speed or just the 30/.3? I cant seem to find it, and really need to learn about this stuff. Any help from the experts?

You'll only see the bonus of one tissue, they do not stack.

So a weapon made using three +30, -0.3 tissues will get a +30 max damage, -0.3 speed enhancement.

it unfortunately is 2 sets of tissues, a 6 and a 5. otherwise I would have done a T21. +30 damage isnt much though on a T21, but it helps pistols out a bunch, hehe

I believe it does stack for weapons like a T-21 that require multipul krayt tissues, but I may be wrong, as I have never been fortunate enough to come across 11 tissues.

With the 6, you could make a Jawa Ion Blaster.

Normally, I'd echo the "11 scatters" call, but I've been poked a bit for a Krayt Jawa recently, so.....
