I spent all day on Saturday making krayt weapons and when it came time to put them up for sale it was late and I didn't feel like spending alot of time pricing 100 weaponsso I just loaded them on vendor at whatever Iooked right.
Anyway, what I was wondering is if any of you has a method of pricing loot made weapons?
Is it market or cost based?
How do you account forthe value of a slice on loot weapons?
If you sell sliced weapons, how well does your enhanced weapons prices mesh with regular sliced prices?

I've been struggling with this as well. One of the frustrating things to me is that the components often sell for more than the weapon itself. If I am supplying the tissues, I'm charging 100k per base tissue and if the tissue is better than base, then 100k plus 7k for each additional point of damage. IE 47 damage tissue in a Laser Rifle would be 100k+ (17x7k) = 219k a tissue. Plus some credits for my time, usually 25k or so. So far it seems to be working alright but I think I'm still under pricing some of the weapons I'm making. If they want something like a Geonosian Sonic Blaster then I might add on the cost of the schematic divided by 5 to the cost plus a little markup.

Depends on why the weapon was made. For custom weapons, I charge 150k regardless of weapon. For weapons I'm selling on a vendor, it depends on what they have been pulling in recent auctions.
