I have thought about this before. The scythe schematic is a quest reward. As is the lithium weapons (although they are just show). I wonder if there are other weapons with other schematics hidden in quests no one has discovered yet and the devs are just thinking, "when are they going to find this out?"

That would be interesting... I thought about that when I did my scythe quest. "Who would ever go in here and talk to this stupid looking npc..." I usually try and avoid that area of espa considering I always seem to get caught in there when I'm not paying attention... Oh well.

Talk to every npc you see and take their mission... maybe u'll end up with a cool weapon schem.

IT's still unlikely though, considering how many people there are... and how many people can extract/read the ingame text. It would be pretty hard to sneak a weapon through all these people.

There is one weapon that is believed to be quest based, but no one has found it yet: the Junti Mace (fencer weapon).
Its possible that there are bugs preventing the appearance of the weapon, or the weapon really doesn't exist at all, or even just no one has found it yet. More info on the mace can be found in the fencer's forums for those that are interested.

Its a possibility the razor knuckler was introduced in a similar way but not yet found

I don't believe anyone has gotten the Junti Mace, but it has been introduced... it's just a very strange set of circumstances required to get it with the Bestine Elections, I believe.
As for the Razor Knucklers, the only ones that have been ingame are ones that slipped through by accident, most of which have been taken out. The reason for this is complete lack of balance.

trust me its buged i think i must of killed about 100 of those darn overlord and other tuskens only got smooth stones and tusken heads
