I just need to know how you get 40/40 on the weapon stocks, the best i have got is 35/34, i think i might just be expermienting wrong. So just need some tips on how you experiment with these.

I have the best Wood at 674 SR andlink-steel alum with 809 SR 20 pts shy of best on server.

It takes some nice wood and a lot of time hehe i hit it once after a while and make a large run of them. your wood is nicer then mine its in the 500 range

First of all you NEED to have Pyollian Cake and Bespin Port as experimenting on stocks sounds similar to the randomness of Armor Experimentation. The cake helps you get another percent or 2 on the initial assembly and the Port should be drunk before each experimentation as it helps increase your chances of amazing successes.

After that its just luck really, pour in the points however you feel comfortable, I go by 3-2-2-2-1 but that's me, some people go by 1 at a time so its all personal preference.

its like 3 3 2 1 somthing like that and it takes a few trys to get 40/40

Good ol' 6-2-2 usually does the trick, unless the SR on your wood sucks too much. *shrug*
