i just grind out blaster barrells at 60xp each till you get intermediate firearms crafting. Then you can grind out rifle barrells for 120?xp maybe 115 but you need to be by the weapon crafting station. Then work up to melee weapons lev 3 and pump out ryyk blades. Use them the rest of the way.

Whats the Best way to Gain Weapon Craftin xp.? for a Novice Weaonsmith at 0-0-0-0?

Rilfe barrels yield 94 xp in practice mode.

Oh yeah, who says?!? Actually rifle barrels get the 120 xp range, unless you practice then you get the extra xp for practicing. 8)

That is weird then because i only get 94 xp per rifle barrel with practice

The difference is blaster-rifle barrels (4 metal clicks and one crystalline gemstone click) vs. projectile rifle barrels (2 metal clicks).

The first give 120, the second 94.

Interesting on the Ryyk blades, never thought of them as grinding material, may try that tonight for these last two boxes

Yay.. We are all right. 8) Thanks Bynder for the info. I am at work so i just try to remember by my head. Well i was told by a master WS on intrepid about 4 months ago about the ryyk blade xp trick. I havent made it that far yet. I was 2404 on starsider before i moved to wanderhome and now i am 1201 within 2 days. God i love that grinding macro. Just a few clicks here and there 8). Good luck all
