Have any of you weaponsmiths ever heard of or seen an orb such as this?

/exam "No one knows the true power of this orb, not even it's owner"

It's shaped like an off-white egg with black coating on the bottom.

Could this be a component in a weapon or perhaps even armor? Any suggestions?

Saw one once, aked the smae question. Know knowen use to non FS or FS players, just looks gd. Hold onto it though, holos never used to have a use so it might be a pretty object atm but a powefull item later.
