Thread: High Energy Capacitors (the real post)

Hi, I got a loot drop of 3 High energy Capacitors that say they are used with power handlers. the only stat says Max +20. I'm not a weaponsmith, and would like to find out if these are good, or junk loot.

I made a republic balster with some last night 67-215 speed 2.7 unsliced. Depends on what you perceive as good.
